• The Big Project=  Starting Strength, 3rd edition

Rip will be spending less time each day on his Q&A Forum while he concentrates on getting a new, improved edition of Starting Strength to press.   Rip will be adding and adapting sections based on all he’s learned over the last few years.   Many modifications are based on new ideas and explanations that have been generated during the Starting Strength Seminars.
