Very practical training book
November 13th, 2008I read the first Mark Rippetoe book, “Starting Strength” and I was amazed at how detailed all the information about every type of recommended exercises was. “Practical programming” has the same amount of detail, but this time geared towards the planning part of training. It has everything from proper rest, nutrition to specific training programs depending on how advanced you are. It’s a really good read…
